Q&A - Pennants
- How many must I order?
Our minimum order is just one (For that special event!). - How many colours can I have?
For printed pennants we produce full colour so there is no limit to the number of colours for your pennant. For embroidered pennants we suggest that designs are kept to 8 colours maximum. Dates, teams and venues are good in single colours - Can I individually personalise the Pennant
Yes – as long as you give us clear instructions. - Will the print fade?
No there should be NO fade. The print process puts the image within the material. Embroidered pennants use colour fast threads which do not fade. - Would I be able to buy more of the same pennant?
Yes we keep details of your program, so that repeats can easily be made. - What kind of artwork do you require?
If you have good clean art work that is best, but as long as you send clear instructions then our studio can produce artwork from jpeg, pdf, tif, eps ai, cdr files formats. We will send you an electronic image before production for your final approval. If you have an embroidery program already, we are able to accept all embroidery formats. Artwork for embroidery are as with print artwork - jpeg, pdf, tif, eps ai, cdr - We are going away next week will you be able to meet my event deadline?
We do enjoy a challenge so give us a chance!!! - Can I have a different name on each pennant?
Yes we specialise in personalising pennants. - Will I get a sample?
We will send you a digital image of your pennant for your approval before production. - Can you match our specific colour?
Whenever possible we match your colour requests. - Could I have a different shape?
Our standard shapes are chevroned and triangular. If you require a different shape please email us. - I want a different edging colour is that possible?
This should be possible – email your requirement. - Could we have our pennant on a felt?
Yes this is possible – email us with your requirement. - What do you mean by over-locking?
To stop the edge of the material from fraying, a satin stitch is needed. This stitch is known as an overlocking stitch and is produced using a special sewing machine. - I only want a few pennants – will that be OK?
Yes we are pleased to produce any quantity of pennants for you. - What kind of printing method do you use?
Our pennants are produced digitally using special inks. This allows for photographic quality and full colour. - How can we display the pennants?
All our pennants come complete with a hanging cord attached. Shortly we will have small stands available on which to display your pennant.
